Sadhana Sangama Trust is a registered, public, non-profit, charitable organization, established in 1986 at Bengaluru, India with a vision of creating happy, healthy, harmonious society through Yoga, Dance, Holistic Education and Holistic Health.

Our two toilet blocks—dedicated to female and male students—are nearly 20 years old. Renovation is essential to maintain a clean and safe environment as our student body grows.

- Scope: Monthly salary support for up to 7 experienced teachers (compliant with PF and ESI benefits)

- Timeline: Ongoing – salaries for teachers are paid by the 5th of every month

School Main Block Roof Renovation
Sadhana Vidyalaya’s main block, celebrated for its harmonious design that blends with nature, now faces urgent challenges. Our current Mangalore tile roof, while once iconic, is struggling against frequent monkey intrusions, severe storms, falling tree branches, and accumulated debris. During heavy rains, water seeps into classrooms, risking damage to equipment and disrupting our students’ learning environment.
We need to replace the aging tiles with a robust, leak-proof roof that not only protects our school but also paves the way for future green initiatives—such as solar panel installations and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Scope: Remove existing Mangalore tiles. Make necessary structural adjustments for a modern roofing solution. Install a new, durable roof designed to support future renewable energy projects.

- Scope: Construct a secure, attractive main gate featuring quality interlock tiles on the entrance pathway. Install an appealing school name board with integrated, efficient lighting.

Mid-Day Meals Program Resumption & Sustainability
Sadhana Vidyalaya has been serving rural children from more than 50 villages in and around Channapatna and Ramanagara districts of Karnataka for 2 decades. However, the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to suspend our Mid-Day meals program—a vital initiative that not only nourishes our students but also supports healthy learning environments.
With improving conditions and a promising rise in admissions (with student strength reaching up to 650 per academic year), we are eager to resume the Mid-Day meals program. This initiative is essential for:
- Nutritional Support: Ensuring our students receive balanced, nutritious meals.
- Healthy Learning: Creating an environment where every child can learn and thrive.
- Community Impact: Strengthening the overall well-being of our rural community.
As we prepare for the future, it is important to note that the cost of sustaining this program will increase over the next three years due to rising admissions and an inflation rate of approximately 6.5% per annum. Below is our projected expenditure for the next three years:
